      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set local marketing priorities and enhance brand awareness and product image
      - Develop and implement marketing strategies on a local level
      - Facilitate relationships with vendors to advance sampling and brand marketing objectives
      - Collaborate with Commercial teams to align on marketing objectives and execution strategy
      - Develop and implement methods and procedures for specific sampling directives within the market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of Event Marketing/Grassroots/Special Event/Promotions and Team Management experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or related fields
      - Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
      - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to hire and recruit a diverse team
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and internet usage
      - Ability to travel 50%+ of the year and work on weekends and evenings
