Responsible for all aspects of physical security and safety including definition of policies and procedures, management of perimeter security including access control and badging systems, budget, closed-circuit cameras, alarm systems and monitoring, lobby visitor sign-in system, vendor relationships, and global Security Operations Centers
Operate NVIDIA’s Emergency Response and Incident Response programs and ensure adherence to key performance metrics as well as review incident reports for trends and patterns
Curate relationships industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies (government, police, fire) worldwide to keep ahead of industry threats
Design, test, and implement security technologies and solutions
Establish relationships, credibility, objectivity and respect across all parts of the business and with fellow company leaders to ensure an effective security program
Develop and maintain corporate security policies that ensure NVIDIA’s compliance with various U.S. Government requirements and industry standards
Lead all security related assessments, self-inspections, violation investigations and reports to ensure site and corporate security standards are maintained
Develop and implement an effective corporate-wide security education program to include initial, annual, travel, debriefing and compliance
Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar programs. MBA or similar preferred.
15+ overall years in a similar role within a multinational corporation and 10+ years of management experience
Industry standard methodologies and metrics defining operational excellence
Design and implement programs for effective protection of confidential business information and critical assets
Operations of critical environments (i.e. datacenters)
Understands Building and Fire Codes, Codes associated with management of hazardous chemicals, and emergency management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Validated decision-making and discernment skills
Effective communications with ability to influence senior leadership
Understands differences in standards and culture across geographies
Experience with industrial security requirements for multiple Government agencies including DoD, DOE, DHS, and the Intelligence Community
ISO 9000 and 14000
ISMA/ASIS affiliation
Knowledge of Security Management Systems (SeMS)

The base salary range is $220,000 - $345,000.
