What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to Google Workspace products
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing necessary training and development
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships aligned with business needs
- Analyze data to track sales targets and forecast future sales
- Collaborate with marketing to promote Google Workspace products effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience working with Workspace solutions, preferably within the cloud services domain
- Minimum of 5-8 years in professional services sales, with leadership experience in a consulting environment
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Google Workspace sellers, partners, and customers
- Strong background in selling cloud services and solutions, particularly in Data Analytics and AI/ML project delivery
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
