      HRBP Leader

      Key Responsibilities:

      • HR Business Partner for multiple cluster of SBUs within IOA - Banking Financial Services, Insurance, and P&R businesses.
      • Partner with the business leaders to ensure support and advice towards People Practices, Policies and Protocols, Change Management and Talent Strategy. Support the BU in Business Development activities including M&A initiatives such as rebadging and reverse rebadging. Partner with the BUs in their go to market strategies including involvement in Client expectation management.
      • Design and drive people strategy for the BU. Partner with business leadership to identify people priorities by translating BU strategy to People strategy and collaborate with CoEs to design and deploy key people programs.
      • Enable business to achieve their revenue and margin targets and partner in change management.
      • Implementation of new HR programs, policies and technological changes
      • As HRBP work closely with the BU leadership (AVP+) and be responsible for key role outcome metrics including retention, engagement via CPES action planning, career management strategy via fulfilment through skilling, role rotations and job moves.
      • Trusted advisor towards planning, hiring, upskilling, and managing succession for business teams.
      • Facilitate Leadership talent review and champion D&I thru BU council.
      • Collaborate between the Corp HR Functions, Geo & Country HR Leaders & teams, TPG (3 TP Leads), and the business unit, synthesizing HR inputs from COEs, C&B, GPEP and translate to business leaders through dotted line reporting relationships.
      • Serve as a cultural steward by continuously monitoring and communicating organizational culture and engagement to the business while ensuring Talent services are aligned with culture and various compliance regulations.

      • Managing large, complex & global teams, Providing leadership & coaching/ setting performance scorecards and developing high impact & performing teams Identifying, designing and implementing processes that maximize efficiencies, establish accountabilities and enable predictability.
      • Experience in developing & tracking critical metrics, data representation and analyzing trends for continuous improvement.
      • 20+ years of human resources experience.

      Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:

      • Experience in the current role: 24 Months

      • 20+ years human resources experience; with about 15+ years in leadership roles in ITES & Outsourcing industry, Adept at relationships building and collaboration across both virtual and in-person environment.
