What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information security program
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Ensure appropriate controls are utilized to minimize cybersecurity risks
- Provide guidance and assistance to senior officials and end users concerning risk management and security obligations
- Coordinate the review of data security requirements and specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or information technology
- 8 years of related experience
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement security initiatives effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in information security or information technology
- 10 or more years of related experience
- Experience in directing and steering others to achieve organizational goals
