      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      Talk about a transformation! Commvault is now leading the charge in cloud-first cyber resilience. We’re helping thousands of organizations rapidly recover from devastating cyberattacks and prepare for cyber threats in ways no other vendor can match. We’ve had strong company performance, we’re Leaders – many times over – in critical industry analyst reports, and we have fantastic customers and partners. Now, we’re looking for an experienced comms leader to take the great awareness we’re driving internationally with top-tier press to an all-new level.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Lead the international PR strategy for Commvault across EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

      • Drive business, tech, and channel press coverage that reaches key customer segments, helps create demand, positions Commvault as a thought leader, and elevates share of voice.

      • Manage a small team of talented comms professionals, ensuring PR plans are in place, success metrics are understood, and development opportunities are discussed regularly.

      • Work closely with regional executives, country managers, and field marketers to understand key business objectives and ensure PR programs align.

      • Partner closely with finance, investor relations, legal, and global comms including corporate and product PR, analyst relations, executive and internal comms, as well as members of the social media team.

      • Oversee agency budgets across EMEA and APJ.

      • Interface when necessary with Commvault’s executive team to maximize in-region visits and elevate C-Suite profiles through tier-one global press coverage.

      Who You Are:

      • Extensive relevant international PR experience, which can include a mix of in-house, agency, and journalism experience.

      • Must have experience in managing PR across multiple countries and excel at growing and developing teams.

      • A strong background in enterprise technology public relations is required, and experience in any of the following fields is preferred: data management, data protection, data security, cyber security.

      • Proven: Must have a track record of successfully delivering metrics-based PR programs across regions that deliver impact.

      • Management-oriented: Enjoy managing teams, helping directs advance in their careers while also delivering results that are in-line with plans and agreed upon metrics.

      • Influential: Excel at collaborating with key stakeholders, building confidence, soliciting feedback, and serving as a trusted comms advisor.

      • Informed: Understand trends and nuances with press in key countries and augment plans to accommodate regional differences.

      • Bold: Track competitors closely; go big or go home; humble yet determined.

      • Protective: Take calculated risks, but never lose sight of protecting the brand.

      • Team-player: Leave the ego, politics, and drama at the door: we are all in this together.

      • Adaptable: Well versed in working across time zones.
