What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop thought leadership on specific industries, covering trends across over 100 clients and competitors globally
- Connect insights across clients, businesses, and geographies to identify major trends relevant to the employer's business lines
- Write concise research publications that highlight opportunities and risks for the employer
- Oversee a proactive market intelligence function, facilitating information flow among stakeholders
- Interface directly with clients during RFPs, quarterly reviews, and brainstorming sessions, summarizing key trends for executive review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of fundamental market research experience in sectors such as Telecom, Technology, Automotive, Retail, or Financial Services
- Ability to understand business strategy and financial aspects of ventures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels
- Proven analytic skills to identify trends and quantify potential impacts and opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal credit or equity training at a buy-side or sell-side firm
- MBA and/or CFA Charter (or progress towards)
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated work ethic
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
- Well-honed interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams
