      The Digital Experiences (DX) team is part of the Brand, Customer and Sales Experience organization under the Sales and Marketing Group.

      The charter of this team is to deliver customer satisfaction and business growth through easy, intuitive digital experiences across product and customer lifecycles.

      We are working through a marketing transformation to drive marketing programs that align to 3 key areas:

      The routes to market (RTMs), and the key personas/decision makers aligned to those RTMs. The audience journeys for the key decision makers in the focused segments / verticals. Focused marketing activities aligned to our account and market coverage strategy to support demand generation.

      The Director of Marketing Operations and Automation will manage the marketing operations and automation team and help plan, execute, optimize, and scale our business to business (B2B), business to industry (B2I), account-based marketing, and opportunity marketing programs to drive growth by leveraging the marketing technology stack and data.

      Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

      Team and budget management: People, work, and budget management of the marketing operations and automation team. Planning and execution: Partner with stakeholders to help design, document, and optimize scalable processes to increase the effectiveness of demand marketing activities. Identify opportunities to improve B2B marketing planning and measuring investment effectiveness through improvements in workflow automation. Work with campaign management teams to scope demand program requirements (acquisition, engagement, nurture), resources, and timelines. Collaborate with field marketing to integrate and support regional initiatives. Process management: Support headquarters and field marketing teams to plan, execute and optimize, demand marketing campaigns that maximize the value from the marketing technology stack and available data/analytics. Continue to monitor key metrics related to demand gen campaigns and help increase return on investment (ROI). Technology: Take ownership of documenting and prioritizing the demand marketing business use cases/requirements to improve our marketing technology stack and data. Partner with capabilities team to help improve maturity, effectiveness, and scale of our demand generation efforts through marketing technology and data. Data: Partner with the insights and activation team to improve segmentation and targeting using 1st and 3rd party data, implicit and explicit data, and intent data Analytics and reporting: Help define measurement plans and goals for demand generation initiatives and support the post activation measurement and optimization efforts. Sales Ops alignment: Partner with sales excellence team to ensure the alignment between sales and marketing, including integrating marketing efforts with sales processes (e.g., opportunity and pipeline management) to maximize business value. Nurture: Partner with stakeholders to develop, deploy, and optimize engagement and trigger-based nurture programs. Vendor and budget management: Manage the global nurture production and demand response processes and related vendors and budgets. Operations: Manage daily operations and ensure that privacy rules are implemented on the enterprise marketing automation platform and ensure there is alignment with the non-enterprise platforms being used for specific use-cases.

      Qualifications:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 10 years’ experience in marketing operations and automation working on enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, or similar.
      • 5 years’ experience of direct people management and budget management.

      A strong candidate will demonstrate:

      • Strong functional experience with marketing operations and automation in a business-to-business company.
      • Experience of establishing and optimizing processes to drive demand generation.
      • Strong understanding of the marketing technology, third party data and intent data landscape.
      • Experience of working on account- based marketing initiatives.
      • Experience of working on data models to support demand generation planning, execution, and reporting/analytics.
      • Experience of working in a global company and have experience of working in a matrixed environment.
      • Strong stakeholder management and experience of working collaboratively with stakeholder groups.
      • Experience of having developed artifacts, trainings, and communications, to support transition change management.

      Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

      US, California:$156,950.00-$274,730.00

      S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

      Work Model for this Role

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
