- Manage a portfolio of programs supporting DoD customers primarily focused on the Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T) market.
- Provide high level direct support to multiple customers in MS&T.
- Lead a team to aggressively grow P&L to approximately $100M in annual revenue.
- Provide strategic vision and roadmap to ensure continued growth and success.
- Develop and lead a first-rate team that is known for meeting and exceeding objectives.
- Develop, execute, & oversee strategies that, in keeping with larger KBR goals, ensure the Operating Unit maintains and grows its competitive advantage relative to the competitive landscape.
- Maintain contractual and programmatic oversight of all projects within the Operating Unit. Provide status on a timely basis for all major projects as required.
- Identify and pursue new work and new customers. Coordinate the business development activities of operations to ensure continued profitable revenue.
- Grow networks and develop KBR sustainability pillars within the local community.
- Demonstrate KBR as a leader in MS&T and the greater Orlando community.
- Demonstrated professional knowledge with at least 15 years of experience program management.
- Recent experience supporting NAVAIR.
- Demonstrated recent experience leading teams, prior supervisory experience.
- DoD acquisition experience.
- PMI PMP Certification
- DAU Certifications
- Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Engineering / Aerospace or a relevant technical discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
