What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the accounts payable department for both hardware distribution and retail subsidiary
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performance team of accounts payable professionals
- Review and enhance accounts payable workflows to improve efficiency and compliance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure timely payments
- Provide regular reports to senior management on accounts payable metrics and financial performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing accounts payable functions in distribution and retail environments
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, systems, and technology, particularly ERP and AP automation tools
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or relevant certifications
- Experience in multi-entity organizations with large teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with AP automation tools and cloud-based platforms
