      Summary: The Director of Brand Partnerships is responsible for leading and managing national and local brand collaborations that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, generate business development opportunities and create unique guest experiences. This role identifies, negotiates, and executes strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with Lucky Strike Entertainment’s brand positioning and business goals.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      Brand Partnership Strategy & Development

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy to drive awareness, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
      • Identify and cultivate strategic brand alliances aligned with Lucky Strike Entertainment’s vision and target audience.
      • Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements that deliver mutual value for Lucky Strike Entertainment and its collaborators.

      Partnership Execution & Activation

      • Oversee and manage high-profile national partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
      • Develop localized partnership initiatives tailored to specific markets to drive regional engagement.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships across multiple locations.
      • Work with the Events and Marketing teams to integrate brand partnerships into grand openings, influencer activations, and special events.
      • Develop and execute co-branded activations to drive foot traffic and enhance the guest experience.
      • Own the lifecycle of partnership development with vendors and suppliers, ranging from sourcing to integrating.
      • Travel to and attendance of prospective partner/sponsor meetings, brand activations and special events on an as-needed basis.

      Performance Measurement & Industry Relations

      • Ensure all partnership activations align with brand identity and deliver measurable results.
      • Develop sponsorship and media collaboration opportunities for brand exposure.
      • Track and analyze brand partnership success using key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform stakeholders across the company.

      Qualifications

      • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring and executing high-value national partnership agreements.
      • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with a strong industry presence.
      • Collaborative and organizational skills to manage internal and external stakeholder needs.
      • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights on partnership effectiveness.

      Education and Experience

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or strategic alliances within entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
      • Proven track record in securing and managing successful national and local brand partnerships.

      Preferred:

      • Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
      • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies related to brand partnerships.

      Work Environment/Physical Demands:

      General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

      The approximate pay range for this position is $136,000-156,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
