      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a book of clients, ensuring their successful adoption and usage of the software platform
      - Drive and improve the Client Success methodology to enhance client experience and retention
      - Conduct regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and feedback sessions with clients
      - Collaborate with leadership, sales, support, and services to optimize client success initiatives
      - Analyze client feedback and trends to proactively address issues and improve service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client success role within the SaaS industry, with at least 4 years in a director-level position
      - Proven experience in project management and leading client-facing meetings
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with clients while prioritizing their success

      - Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
      - Experience in the commercial real estate industry or related fields
      - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse client stakeholders
      - Knowledge of asset and portfolio management processes
