What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own policies, procedures, training, and best practices related to program financial management
- Deliver training on forecasting, cost accounting, variance analysis, and compliance
- Manage adherence to program control practices, including cost and schedule management
- Prepare and distribute concise financial information to assist program control staff and leadership
- Facilitate communication with line and functional departments to interpret and disseminate policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 15+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a program control or financial role
- Experience with various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, and T&M)
- Knowledge of federal government contracting in a Professional Services environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint, COBRA, Oracle EPM, SmartView, and PowerBI
- PMP Certification
- Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA)
