      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of over 10 Customer Success Managers and oversee 360 customers across the US
      - Mentor and develop a high-performing customer success team to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Elevate the customer experience and orchestrate customer journeys towards desired business outcomes
      - Develop and implement scalable customer success processes and playbooks
      - Monitor customer health and proactively address challenges to maximize product value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7 years of Director-level Customer Success experience in the cybersecurity software industry
      - Proven ability to execute customer success strategies that drive significant ARR growth
      - Extensive experience managing a customer portfolio of at least 200 clients and $20M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience with OT protocols, ICS, and related technologies
      - Proven experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or Totango
