- Collaborate cross-functionally to grow pipeline and revenue from enterprise and midmarket accounts across the US, EMEA, and LatAm.
- Drive pipeline and revenue diversity through integrated, multi-channel campaigns that balance both platform and solutions sales, serving several personas and industries.
- Ensure a resource-efficient mix of modern demand gen is leveraged to generate, influence, accelerate and expand opportunities through the entire funnel, from awareness to consideration to decision and growth.
- Strategically plan and own the demand calendar, ensuring our cadence and mix are designed to serve regions, personas, and products equitably; pace results with minimal spikes and lulls; and execute each program well from planning to lead handoff/follow-up.
- Be the expert and owner of our demand gen strategy, tactics and channels, including, but not limited to: ABM, event marketing, email marketing, reengagement & pipeline acceleration programs, paid marketing/advertising, webinars, content distribution, website conversion rate optimization, and more.
- Ensure BDR and Sales teams are always aware of demand generation priorities and programs, and are enabled to drive the best possible outcomes from every campaign.
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and our revenue teams on target account prioritization, funnel criteria, scoring, hand-offs, and other operational imperatives that support healthy, efficient, and effective demand generation.
- Plan with predictability, while leaving enough room for testing and experimentation to allow new approaches that are more effective and/or efficient to breakthrough.
- Consistently communicate goals, initiatives, progress, and performance to stakeholders across the broader marketing team, revenue teams, CS team, and company leadership.
- Lead a small team of demand generation and events professionals, supporting them through planning, execution, and successful programs while also fostering their professional growth.
- 8+ years experience leading Demand Generation and/or similar/related functions, with at least 4+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Prior experience marketing a tech platform comprised of multiple solutions and that serves several personas, or prior experience marketing different platforms to unique personas.
- Prior experience building the demand generation function from immature to effective, and then overseeing it through multiple stages of growth.
- Highly proficient at developing multi-channel, integrated campaigns that contribute meaningful pipeline and revenue.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding demand generation goals, and continually increasing the percentage of pipeline and revenue contributed by Marketing
- Strong convictions for your demand planning methodology with demonstrated results that justify those convictions.
- Strong knowledge and network of leading tech, vendors, and agencies that can support demand creation as needed.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, goal- and execution-oriented environment.
- Prior experience leading a team of at least 2-3 individual contributors.
- Able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Prior experience marketing to CISOs, InfoSec/security professionals and/or Marketers.
- Located in NYC or the Tri-state area; able to work from our NYC office 2-3 days a week.

The Director of Demand Generation role is preferred in New York, though remote work may be possible for an exceptional candidate.
We are looking for a demand generation leader that has experience marketing a B2B SaaS platform, and the different solutions that comprise it, to a mix of personas and industries across regions, and to a range of account and deal sizes (from mid-market to enterprise).
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience building the demand generation function (or similar) at another high-growth B2B tech company, and will have overseen the function through several stages of growth while consistently achieving goals and increasing the percentage of pipeline and revenue contributed by Marketing.

The pay range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
