      The Opportunity

      We’re looking for a Director of Enablement to join our Global Learning team ! This position can be remote ly based in North America, and our candidate is ideally located near Planview’s Austin, TX office . In this critical role, you will lead a team responsible for Field, Services and Partner Enablement. In addition, a large part of this role is developing and executing best-in-class Field and Sales Enablement programs. This is a unique opportunity to drive Planview’s overall enablement strategy , while making a major direct impact on Field enablement.


      What You'll Do

      • Partner with leaders across the field organization to determine enablement needs and gain buy-in to required enablement . Drive accountability through front-line managers to ensure required enablement is completed .
      • Co-develop multi-faceted enablement, in partnership with subject matter experts, that spans e- L earning, role plays, 1:1 coaching, skill demonstrations and review of Chorus calls . This requires rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on.
      • Work directly with individual team members to onboard, coach and provide feedback to their managers .
      • Manage , lead, and develop a small Enablement team , part of Planview’s Global Learning Organization.
      • Cultivate collaborative relationships with the Field, Services, Partner Alliances, Product and Marketing organizations to align en ablement p rograms and strategy with business objectives.
      • Execute Planview's strategy to develop a highly trained and certified ecosystem of services partner consultants.
      • Drive the strategy and partnership for the Revenue Enablement platform and related technologies .
      • Partner closely with our Global Learning Design team to develop highly effective e-Learning , badges and certifications .
      • Develop and present at Quarterly Business Reviews on key OKRs , enablement performance and effectiveness , and future priorities.
      • This is a Global position that wil l work across time zones in N orth America, E urope and India. O ccasional travel will be required .

      What You'll Bring

      • 8-10 years d eep expertise and experience in Sales enablement and/ or Field enablement . 3-4 years of experience l eading highly successful enablement teams. This is required to be considered.
      • SaaS industry experience is strongly preferred . Previous selling or services experience is a plus.
      • Strong understanding of learning principles and effective adult learning techniques .
      • Advanced user of enablement platforms and technologies ( e.g. SalesHood , SFDC, Chorus/Gong, Clari ) and experience managing technology partner relationships.
      • Experience conducting discovery and learning needs analysis with stakeholders.
      • Strong program and project management skills.
      • “Get stuff done” attitude and high ability to execute.
      • Excellent relationship-management skills and ability to communicate and c ollaborate across the organization at multiple levels.
