      Role and Responsibilities

      The Experience Product (services) Management team is organized under the Senior Vice President of Service & Product Management. This team is tasked with developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Samsung Health in the US market. This includes service planning, value proposition definition, situation analysis, creating business cases, driving go-to-market plans, service product marketing, and leading cross-functional teams to execute those plans.

      The Director, Partnership of Samsung Health is responsible for driving strategic growth through the partnership development, management, and expansion of partnerships within and outside of Samsung Health app & services within the Samsung ecosystem.

      This position requires a blend of significant network skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and organizational influence. Key success factors in this role include strong business development skills, attention to detail, statistics/finance acumen, enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, practicality, agility, collaboration and communication. Our business is evolving—we are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to bring a fresh approach to help drive the business.

      The Director, Partnership of Samsung Health will report to the head of Experience Product Management. This position will have significant interaction and work collaboratively with the MX service business development, marketing, retail, finance, legal, product development, customer support, HR teams, and frequently interact with Senior Leaders within and outside the organization.

      Role & Responsibilities

      • Health Ecosystem Strategy: Build the partnership ecosystem and roadmap with internal partners (i.e., Samsung MX product management & marketing, NA Digital Health and Suwon Samsung Health partnership)

      • Partnership Development: Develop end-to-end business development with targeted partners to enable execution planning and analysis of results

      • Technical Planning: Plan for technical integration to enable feature or app-to-app interactions, amplifying Samsung Health’s value

      • Revenue and Monetization: Build the revenue/monetization plan based on tiering (prioritization of important in the business context), establish revenue models and execute monetization from partnerships

      • Performance Measurement: ROI / CPIR management based on investment vs. KPI growth

      • Market Analysis & Competitor Sensing: Publish market analysis (Vertical) & competitor sensing to set goals and direct strategic decisions with product management

      • Partnership Investment Consulting: Consult with the business operation team to monitor and evaluate investment outcomes

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health information, public health, computer science, software engineering or data science and 12+ years of relevant experience

      • Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations

      • Experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and developing growth strategies

      • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with key stakeholders, executives and industry leaders

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • MBA or Master’s degree in Information Technology and 10 + years of relevant experience

      • Experience in Fitness, Wellness, or Healthcare industries

      • Experience with app development or partnership management
