      CLA is looking to hire a Director of Human Resources Consulting & Outsourcing to join our Talent Soultions team! This role will be the leader of our Talent Solutions-HR Consulting and Outsourcing (HRCO) team, providing strategy, planning, and leadership to the HRCO teams to meet and exceed client expectations throughout the HRCO business development, onboarding, and delivery processes.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Leadership: Create and implement a clear vision, strategy, and plan to grow our people and HRCO business. Leader will oversee the building of a strong team, structure, culture, and accountability. Through reviewing and gathering data, leader will provide the structure, team, and resources to train, guide, and help others reach the expected standards. Leader will assist in hiring, coaching, setting clear expectations, performance management, and onboarding of family members. Create a unified culture and team vision for client service, quality, and going to market. Support family members Inspired Careers through providing training opportunities, career path clarity and connection to behavioral competencies.
      • HR Consulting and Coaching : Assist HRCO team members with escalated complex people and cultural issues, as well as, technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc. Manage internal and external client relationships and serve as escalation point, as needed.
      • Management: Support and guide HRCO team efforts to deliver service excellence on all Talent Solutions related strategies and processes. Oversee HRCO teams, establish and hold accountability to deliver on best practice process that ensure a high-quality standard of client service is met. Support HRCO leaders and managers, helping them execute HRCO plans to achieve operational, financial, quality, and cultural engagement goals. Regularly reviews family members work product to ensure accuracy and integrity; provide feedback and training, as needed; and regularly manages key operational and financial metrics. Identify training needs and collaborate to develop and provide training programs on new processes and procedures. Ensure training materials are maintained and accurate and available for the team.
      • Implementation: Collaborate with Managing Principal of Talent Solutions and other stakeholders to understand Outsourcing initiatives and plan for consistent and effective implementation support by HRCO team.
      • Business Development: Build relationships with prospective clients through networking. Support business development opportunities and expand existing relationships through demonstrating high value and good strategic partnering capabilities. Build lasting relationships with clients and staff.

      Job Requirements:

      • Experience : 10 years of relevant experience in human resource management required. Also, must have at least 5 years of relevant business management and P&L responsibility.
      • Education : Masters Degree is preferred. Bachelor degree required ( preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) . Combination of training, experience and education may be accepted in lieu of degree.
      • Certifications/Licenses : None required. PHR, SPHR, SHRM–SCP, and/or SHRM–PC, is highly preferred.
      • Technical Competencies : Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to: general employment laws including wage and hour, federal, and state rights. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn HRIS and other technology as needed.
      • Travel: This position requires frequent local travel to/from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
