      The Purpose of the Role:

      The Director of Learning Engagement on the Professional Learning team at Acelero, Inc. develops and manages a range of learning engagement services for employees and partners. This includes activities like learning consultations, facilitation, coaching, peer learning, and support for learning transfer. As a senior member of the Professional Learning team, they work closely with the Chief Learning & Impact Officer and the Director of Learning Design to support the overall vision and strategy for professional learning at Acelero, Inc.

      What You’ll Work On:

      • Oversees the Professional Learning team’s provision of consultative services to support colleagues across business units in designing, developing, facilitating and/or implementing learning solutions for employees, partners, and/or external audiences.

      • Provides consultation to colleagues as part of the above system (as needed/able).

      • Implements a systematic approach for engaging with business unit leaders, eliciting input about their teams’ learning needs, and (in collaboration with Dir. of Learning Design) determining equitable levels of support.

      • Coordinates the delivery of instructor-led training for high-leverage (e.g., company-wide) training initiatives, included but not limited to leadership training and values-aligned onboarding.

      • Facilitates instructor-led training as part of the above initiatives (as needed/able).

      • Supports the implementation of evidence-based coaching and peer learning models as part of the continuum of professional learning for employees and partners.

      About You (Requirements/Competencies):

      • Bachelor’s degree required in Education or related field.

      • Certification or completed coursework in instructional design, adult education, or similar.

      • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in professional learning (e.g., developing, facilitating and/or supporting learning solutions) in a multi-site education-focused and/or mission-driven organization.

      • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supervising, onboarding, coaching and/or recruiting staff.

      When/Where/How Much:

      • Start Date : Summer 2024

      • Location/Travel : Remote Position. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 40% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.

      • Salary : $89,402-$125,000
