What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow luxury travel industry, corporate, sports, and entertainment sales from existing partners
- Solicit potential new accounts or business opportunities
- Proactively grow Americas-based business at identified Raffles Hotels & Resorts
- Develop account strategy and activation roadmap
- Conduct marketing & sponsorship activities, hotel education, and client presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five+ years of Director-level experience in hotel luxury sales
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong and influential 'rolodex' of decision-makers, advisors, agents in the luxury hotel sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret market data and apply it to sales strategy
