      Role and Responsibilities

      This position is responsible for all business operations, planning & financial management for the fast-growing Mobile Enhancement & New Computing business. This essential function will be responsible for driving category priorities and growth initiatives by delivering solid strategic analysis of the Smart Watch, True wireless, mobile accessory, Tablet, and PC. The incumbent will be responsible for leading key strategic initiatives including improving the accuracy of demand/supply forecast process innovation of SCM, and KPI dashboard contributing to drive multi-category performance.

      This individual must be able to provide compelling, clear presentations for senior leadership to influence the strategic direction of the programs and initiatives. Reporting directly to the head of NC/ME Biz Ops., this role will also have responsibilities for core business KPIs and SCM functions for the business including revenue projection, supply chain performance tracking, and forecast management. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with company senior leadership, sales, product management, and HQ support personnel. The role will also include leading a team to work with SCM & channel partners to drive demand/supply forecasting for all ME/NC products across the channels.

      Role & Responsibilities

      • Accountable for all aspects of operation and finance including revenue performance, market share, and supply chain for assigned categories including:
      • Monthly/Yearly Financial forecasting & planning
      • Supply Chain metrics and management
      • Demand forecast tracking
      • Market share measurements and analytics
      • Revenue performance and analytics
      • Sell-Out performance tracking and insights
      • Process innovation for data integration and dashboard
      • Require leadership of a team of people delivering regular performance management reports and facilitation of meetings with cross-functional teams to include product marketing, product strategy, retail, demand generation, and market insights
      • Maintain close and frequent working relationships with SEA sales, Consumer and shopper Insights, product management, and SEA marketing support to optimize sell thru initiatives and analytics
      • Regular presentations and reviews with internal leadership as well as with customers to develop joint strategies and tactics for growth.
      • Regularly interface with Samsung HQ key constituents to represent the voice of US customers on strategic initiatives including demand/supply needs
      • Responsible for gathering, forecasting, and reporting of financial performance regularly
      • Responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on key industry databases and leveraging. (Ex. NPD, IDC, Market Track, Strategic Analytics, Social Analytics)
      • Require executive presentations on business performance and strategic initiatives regularly

      Skills and Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required or Master’s Degree in business or finance from an accredited college or university preferred

      12+years of related experience in sales operation/finance

      • 10+years of related experience in sales operation, finance, strategy, and analytics – Technology industry
      • Strategic consulting experience is highly preferred
      • Prefer to have a familiarity with Retailer or Carrier environment and strategies

      Necessary Skills/Attributes

      • Must be able to write, read, analyze, and interpret technical product, operation, and SCM materials
      • Must have expertise in creating PowerPoint presentations and executive communication
      • Must equip the advanced Excel skillset
      • Must be able to build strategies for growth in key segments

      • Demonstrated executive acumen with the ability to influence internal and external senior-level stakeholders
      • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
      • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced work environment
      • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
      • Read and interpret product documents, media materials, and contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
