What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead site-based and call center patient recruitment operations to achieve enrollment targets
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies and performance metrics for recruitment
- Collaborate with various departments to meet patient recruiting expectations and milestones
- Manage department staff, including performance evaluations and career coaching
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in recruitment activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in patient recruitment or call center leadership
- 2+ years of call center management experience and 2+ years in clinical trial processes
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful call center operations
- Proficiency with computer applications and ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with patient recruitment strategies and regulatory guidelines
- Strong quantitative, research, and data analytic skills
