      What you will do

      We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our video surveillance initiatives across our security platforms product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video surveillance technologies and a proven track record of driving product success at a strategic level.

      How you will do it

      • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the strategic vision for video surveillance products. Align product goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

      • Market Research and Analysis: Oversee comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the video surveillance industry. Use insights to guide product strategy and development.

      • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and enhancements for video surveillance solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact.

      • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch of video surveillance products. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

      • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate video surveillance product concepts. Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement.

      • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and cloud computing, into video surveillance systems. Ensure seamless and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.

      • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of video surveillance products. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

      • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals

      What we look for

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

      • Proven experience as a Director of Product Management or similar leadership role, preferably in AI, software platforms, and cloud computing or Access Control and Video Surveillance

      • Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and software development processes

      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
