- Develop and implement strategic plans for Client Implementation, Field Services, Supply Chain Management, and Training teams to enhance overall service delivery.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape operational strategies and ensure successful client engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end client implementation process, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
- Manage a team of Client Implementation Project Managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Establish best practices for project management processes, documentation, and reporting to improve project outcomes.
- Manage the Field Services team responsible for on-site support, technical services, and client troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent quality and timely service delivery.
- Drive initiatives to enhance field team efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and resolve escalated client issues.
- Oversee supply chain processes related to client implementation, ensuring appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources are available to support field services and project timelines.
- Develop strategies to streamline supply chain processes, improving cost efficiency and minimizing delays in equipment delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for healthcare clients to ensure effective adoption of systems and services.
- Manage the Training team to develop customized materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing education to support client success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or client services leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology systems, supply chain processes, and client service strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$127,000 - $151,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
