      Job Description: Director of Client Implementation and Field Services

      Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Client Implementation and Field Services to lead and manage our healthcare organization's implementation, field services, supply chain management, and training teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful client onboarding, seamless service delivery, effective supply chain coordination, and comprehensive training processes. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills, project management expertise, and a strong background in healthcare operations with a focus on supply chain efficiency.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Leadership and Strategy:

      • Develop and implement strategic plans for Client Implementation, Field Services, Supply Chain Management, and Training teams to enhance overall service delivery.
      • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape operational strategies and ensure successful client engagement.

      Client Implementation:

      • Oversee the end-to-end client implementation process, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
      • Manage a team of Client Implementation Project Managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.
      • Establish best practices for project management processes, documentation, and reporting to improve project outcomes.

      Field Services:

      • Manage the Field Services team responsible for on-site support, technical services, and client troubleshooting.
      • Develop and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent quality and timely service delivery.
      • Drive initiatives to enhance field team efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and resolve escalated client issues.

      Supply Chain Management:

      • Oversee supply chain processes related to client implementation, ensuring appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources are available to support field services and project timelines.
      • Develop strategies to streamline supply chain processes, improving cost efficiency and minimizing delays in equipment delivery.
      • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective solutions.

      Client Training:

      • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for healthcare clients to ensure effective adoption of systems and services.
      • Manage the Training team to develop customized materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing education to support client success.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
      • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or client services leadership roles.
      • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare setting.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare technology systems, supply chain processes, and client service strategies.
      • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
      • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.

      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
      • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $127,000 - $151,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
