Director of Residential Services

Retention Bonus of $2,000*

Greystone Programs is currently seeking a Director of Residential Services to provide oversight to 18 community residences for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our residences are located in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster counties.

Provide leadership oversight to our hard-working residential management team of Assistant Directors and Residence Managers. Perform in-person periodic quality checks, conduct and evaluate the effectiveness of management training programs, participate in committees and team meetings to advance the lives of those we support, evaluate community-based services; and overall, ensure our high quality of services aimed at supporting individuals as they lead healthy and rewarding lives as active members of their community.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday with some back-up on call responsibility.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of prior supervisory experience in an OPWDD-regulated service environment guidelines.
