What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive profitable growth for the Industrial Trade & Converting business units
- Provide insights on market trends and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Shape the North American strategy in alignment with global objectives
- Create and optimize a powerful distribution and converter channel network
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through targeted objectives and sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
- Experience with P&L responsibility in a matrix organization
- Distribution management experience
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
