What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the urban security market
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and after-sales support
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in municipal authorities and urban security agencies
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends
- Mentor and lead junior sales professionals to foster a high-performance sales culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a relevant field, with at least five years in a managerial role
- Previous experience in sales or business development within a technology-focused industry
- Proven track record in the high technology industry, preferably in security
- Ability to travel regularly, estimated at 50%
