      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5-6 Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage the sales pipeline within the hospitality vertical
      - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews for continuous improvement
      - Foster strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with the customer success team for client satisfaction
      - Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to the executive team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and leadership experience in a growth-stage SaaS company
      - Proven track record as a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive or similar role
      - Significant experience selling to software hospitality property management groups and/or hotels
      - Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to improve sales performance
      - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
      - Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique challenges
