      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive market expansion and revenue growth
      - Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing remote sales team
      - Establish and nurture strong relationships with high-ranking executives at national accounts
      - Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with the company's vision and long-term goals
      - Analyze sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership management, preferably in a related industry
      - Experience managing teams of 6 or more outside sales representatives
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and IT literacy
      - Proven experience leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets of $20 million or more

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing and expanding national accounts with significant revenue growth
      - Strong understanding of high-end technology relevant to the industry
      - Expertise in "Same Side Selling" techniques and other value-based sales methodologies
      - Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team
