      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a client base through sales calls, networking, and referrals
      - Assess client needs and prepare proposals to promote the employer’s products and services
      - Drive growth by executing the national sales strategy and meeting personal sales goals
      - Identify and expand relationships with Insured, Self-Insured, Carrier, TPA, and Public Entity prospects
      - Deliver regular sales forecasts and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
      - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role within managed care and/or the workers' compensation industry
      - In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques
      - Strong working knowledge of the employer's products and competitive landscape
      - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
      - Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools for tracking sales performance
      - Experience in strategic reporting and forecasting
      - Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis
