      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and surpass sales targets by building a robust client base through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals
      - Drive revenue growth by executing the sales strategy aligned with company objectives
      - Identify and develop new relationships with insured, self-insured, carrier, TPA, and public entity prospects
      - Deliver regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the executive team
      - Collaborate with business development, marketing, product development, and operational teams to integrate sales strategies with company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a selling role within the managed care and/or workers' compensation industry
      - In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques
      - Strong working knowledge of the employer's products and competitive offerings
      - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
      - Experience utilizing CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance
      - Familiarity with industry trends and competitive activities within the workers' compensation space
