What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a client base through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Drive revenue growth by executing the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Optimize the sales process using CRM and analytics tools to track performance
- Identify and expand relationships with Insured, Self-Insured, Carrier, TPA, and Public Entity prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies align with broader company goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a selling role within the managed care and/or workers' compensation industry
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques
- Strong understanding of the employer's products and competitive offerings
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
- Familiarity with current market trends and competitor activities in the workers' compensation space
