What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deploy a new release strategy to improve delivery speed of features and bug fixes
- Collaborate with product teams and technical leaders to gather requirements for new products
- Evaluate engineering team members for role fitness and career growth opportunities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new engineering team members
- Manage infrastructure costs and allocate resources appropriately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
- 5+ years of Team Lead or Director of Engineering experience, with at least 10 years of development experience
- Expert in modern software development principles and technologies including Cloud (Azure, AWS) architecture
- Ability to develop in C# and modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and peers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building SaaS/Cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban
- Expertise in object-oriented design, relational databases, and REST-like APIs
- Experience architecting modern applications with various technologies including Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres
- Proven track record in managing complex business problems incorporating human and technology components
