      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
      - Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions
      - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services
      - Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for clients and senior management
      - Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related fields
      - Minimum 4-7 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or account management in the IT Consulting and Services Industry
      - Prior experience in a Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management role
      - Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
      - Demonstrable experience managing client relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot
      - Strong relationship-building, influence, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
      - Comfortable conducting regular interaction with clients via various communication methods
      - Open to continual learning and improvement, with a hands-on approach to personal development
