      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of up to 20 talent acquisition professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
      - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for hiring approximately 1,500 corporate roles and 200 executive-level positions annually
      - Streamline recruiting processes using technology and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
      - Monitor and evaluate recruiting performance, implementing adjustments to meet established goals
      - Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent operations, with expertise in corporate and executive recruiting
      - Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of recruiting and/or related HR experience
      - In-depth knowledge of affirmative action plans and regulations related to staffing and recruitment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Significant experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
      - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for high-level positions
      - Familiarity with data analysis to interpret recruitment trends and enhance processes
