      The Director of Wellbeing Initiatives fosters a culture of holistic well-being (mentally, physically, and fiscally) at the firm, furthering our goal of being a career accelerant for employees at all levels. This role serves as a linchpin in coordinating wellbeing strategies across various departments, working closely with leaders in Professional Development, Benefits, and Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (JDEI) to ensure alignment and synergy in our talent management efforts. The Director of Wellbeing Initiatives is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing program that is informed by data and tailored to meet the distinct needs of the firm and leads the change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of well-being initiatives.

      As a Director of Wellbeing Initiatives you will:

      • Engineer a comprehensive wellbeing program, informed by data and tailored to meet the firm’s distinct needs
      • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of well-being programs
      • Provide ongoing education to reinforce the firm’s commitment to nurturing the complete individual’s wellbeing
      • Proactively monitor local and global well-being trends; rapidly respond to emerging well-being trends, to continuously achieve a platinum level service function for all Firm personnel
      • Establish key performance indicators/metrics and implement, monitor, and report on key metrics relating to the efficacy of the well-being program and engagement strategies
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, Total Rewards, Legal Recruiting, Professional Development, Diversity, and other teams on the design and implementation of well-being programs
      • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of well-being initiatives

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with an emphasis on wellbeing
      • At least ten (10) years of related work experience in human resources, wellbeing programs, or a related field
      • A strong record of effectively engaging and leading diverse audiences
      • Professional services experience preferred
      • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and drive data-informed decision-making
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
      • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
      • Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly

      Expected Pay Range in Los Angeles $225,000 – $300,000
      Expected Pay Range in New York $225,000 – $300,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
