- Act as a liaison between the Omnichannel Transformation program team and the Marketing organization, helping to build support and excitement around the Omnichannel transformation, and facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, or behaviors. This includes:
- Communicating the benefits and goals of the 5-Step Omnichannel Marketing Process and new delivery model to their BUs, brands, and other colleagues.
- Assessing marketing strengths and gaps at a brand level.
- Providing feedback to the program team on what is working well and what needs improvement.
- Identifying potential change barriers or areas of resistance to change from the brand teams and work to overcome them.
- Helping to train and support marketers in the new processes and systems associated with enabling better omnichannel marketing.
- Coordinating with other capability change champions to create connection and flow with other change capabilities.
- Celebrating successes and milestones achieved throughout the change management project.
- Lead the design and delivery of the 5-Step Omnichannel Marketing Process, enabling pull through by the marketing organization and key cross-functional partners.
- Reviewing the available Global Resources and determining if they are fit for purpose for the US, working with the SMEs of the new data (PRISM), tech (Design system) and process (ModCon) and preparing impactful training and onboarding programs for marketers that adopt learning principles and align with the 70/20/10 development framework.
- Assessing currently available internal resources and evaluating external resources and partners to determine where there are gaps and how they can best support the 5-step marketing process.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications about the standardized 5-step omnichannel marketing process and the new delivery model, while listening closely to key stakeholder to ensure communications are clear, well received, and acted upon.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Excellence team to determine when and how training on new processes and tools is appropriate for the broader Enterprise.
- Facilitate the integration of Digitally Enabled Rep into the 5-Step Omnichannel marketing process and delivery model.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of Omnichannel marketing experience including customer journeys and personas, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
As we continue to become a more data-driven, customer centric organization we are focused on building marketers’ omnichannel capabilities and supporting the marketing organization to enable improvements in our ways of working. To ensure these important initiatives are successful, we are adding an “Omnichannel Enablement and Change Director” to the Strategic Operations & Capabilities team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Operations and Capabilities, this role will support Marketing leaders and their teams, serving as the single point of contact for Brands to Program Office resources within our Campaign Performance workstreams, including IMPACT Activation, Measurement, Data, and Communications. In addition, they will ensure readiness of future tools and capabilities based on brand needs and readiness from the more forward-looking product and capability workstreams – Marketing Execution, Digital Activation, and Data Products. The ability to influence up and across the organization, including the Omnichannel Steer Co, is critical to this role.
