      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Refining a strategic and structured sales onboarding program aligned with the company's sales goals and strategies
      - Designing tailored onboarding pathways, content, and resources for different sales roles and experience levels
      - Creating engaging and effective onboarding materials, including training modules, playbooks, sales collateral, and product knowledge resources
      - Leading onboarding sessions, workshops, and training webinars for sales teams
      - Measuring the effectiveness of the onboarding program through performance metrics and assessment methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or related B2B sales roles
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
      - Strong understanding of selling service offerings
      - Experience in creating and facilitating effective sales training content
      - Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines
      - Data-driven mindset for analyzing program effectiveness
      - Adaptability to changing market conditions and company goals
      - Familiarity with relevant sales technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Seismic, Gong, SalesLoft, and Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
      - Previous experience in the legal industry or working with legal teams
      - Certification in sales enablement or related field
      - Experience with additional sales technologies and tools
