What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight for all aspects of operational risks related to business processes
- Identify and manage operational risks resulting from new laws and regulations

- Support a culture of effective risk management and accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management, or Finance
- 10+ years of risk management experience in a financial environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and interface with stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire trust and confidence
- Ability to balance broad change with organizational capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's in Business Administration and Management, or Finance
- 4+ years of people management experience
- 6+ years of experience or working knowledge in information technology, finance, or risk management
