Lead strategic development of ambulatory pharmacy services in alignment with system goals.

Direct and grow 340B programs, payer contracting, procurement, and clinical services.

Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of pharmacy leadership and staff.

Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with executive leadership to expand services, drive innovation, and optimize patient care.

Manage financial performance, budgets, and revenue growth strategies, including 340B and PBM optimization.

PharmD required; MBA or MHA preferred.

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership in pharmacy services, including ambulatory care.

Deep knowledge of 340B program compliance and outpatient pharmacy operations.

Proven ability to drive program development and business strategy.

Deaconess Health System | Full-Time | Evansville, INDeaconess Health System is seeking a dynamic System Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services to lead and expand our outpatient and specialty pharmacy programs. This role oversees all aspects of operations, regulatory compliance, team development, financial performance, and strategic growth across ambulatory settings—including hospital outpatient pharmacies, specialty and infusion pharmacies, MTM clinics, 340B operations, and medication assistance programs.
