      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead comprehensive user research initiatives to understand customer needs and workflows
      - Design and oversee modern, intuitive web interfaces that enhance user experience

      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to integrate research insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in user research, product design, or related fields
      - At least 3 years in a leadership role
      - Strong understanding of modern web design principles
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
      - Proficiency with research tools and design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing solutions for emergency response or public safety
      - Familiarity with Agile product development processes
      - Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions
      - Experience in designing AI solutions
