      Position Summary...

      What you'll do...

      This Director of Product for Walmart International Ecommerce will be part of the lead team for a major ecommerce platform build, known internally as WCP or Walmart Commerce Platform. This is an individual contribution role that includes thought leadership, problem solving, and communication across a variety of disciplines and teams.

      This Director of Product for Walmart International Ecommerce will be assigned to a highly visible will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior business leaders across multiple domains,

      You will work with Product leaders, multi-disciplinary US teams, international market partners, and executive leadership to ensure strategic and on time delivery of the platform across multiple phases.

      as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, EBS, Finance, and analytics. As a Product manager for Back Office Shared Services you will be responsible for defining the long-term product roadmap, feature enhancements, and release timelines in collaboration with the EBS International business, Engineering, Data, and other product owners within Back Office Finance. You will work with international business teams and Engineering to review processes and drive optimization initiatives supporting the EBS International business.

      What you will bring:

      • You have 5+ years Product and/or program experience, preferably in the Digital Experience/Ecomerce space.
      • You have experience manging complex, horizontal platform build(s).
      • You have experience with go-to-market strategy and launching products and platforms to customers.
      • You use data to drive decisions and outcomes and have a strong understanding of key metrics in the ecommerce space.
      • You are comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
      • You’re organized, disciplined, and can drive outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
      • You’re skilled at engaging and communicating to senior leaders across multiple domains.
      • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

      What you will do:

      • Product Strategy
        • Drive end to end product synergy across multiple (25+) groups to ensure product fidelity in interim and target state
        • Continuously assess and evaluate readiness for markets to deploy features at speed based; weigh in on architectural decisions that impact high value feature delivery
        • Evaluate and drive strategic benefits of WCP (eg: merging of hallways, speed of markets to onboard from Glass to WCP, cross-SPA initiatives)
        • Bring in visibility of strategic US roadmap view to Intl stakeholders
      • Execution and Go To Market:
        • Drive operational readiness for markets
        • Drive go to market strategy and ramp product decisions
          • Coordination across 29 groups for triage metrics and thresholds
        • Drive kick off for strategic projects across groups (eg: merging of hallways for WM OD/EA, Bodega OD/EA)
        • Building – Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.
      • Stakeholder Governance & Exec Communication:
        • Establish processes for change control with stakeholders (push and pull)
        • Standardized model for cost/benefit for deviations
        • Stakeholder comms from product – communication of A/B results from US (on the horizon features)
        • Exec communication on roadmap progress/feature delivery, impact from change to plan, mitigation strategies from product, prioritization visibility
        • Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
      • Cross-market & SIG collaboration:
        • Establish US-Intl roadmap share-outs on quarterly basis (incl. business groups)
        • Establish domain-wise cross-market collaboration for feature benefits/demos/analysis
        • Continue strong cross-SIG partnerships and channels of product collaboration
      • Move fast – Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

      The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00

      Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
