What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute a program of work for a large client or portfolio of clients
- Manage a team of project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Establish and maintain project and financial reporting procedures
- Participate in planning, estimating, and scoping multi-channel programs
- Mentor and develop talented project managers at different levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in multi-channel project management within an agency setting
- Strong leadership and program management skills
- Ability to mentor and develop a team of project managers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
