      Job Description Summary:

      Position Overview:
      The role will lead the public affairs and stakeholder management & engagement in Poland for TCC and system Coca-Cola team. The employee should nurture for effective relationship with bottler and Coca-Cola network organisation.

      Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

      • Understand the details of the Business Plan of the company to fully compare and identify barriers within the governmental policy.

      • Coordination and management in public relations, communications, initiatives to promote and strengthen reputation and value of KO brands within the business is of importance.

      • Requires developing new approaches for spreading the new shared value business model and culture as well as to develop a visible leadership role in dealing with government, NGOS, and industry representatives across the system to maximize opportunities to build a stronger engagement platform with all stakeholders in Poland.

      • Handles a high level of complexities in communicating strategies, policies, statements, and positioning across the Coca-Cola System including bottling companies as well as Governments (Head of State, Ministers, Senior Bureaucrats) in particular, to ensure support for KO’s business and brands. Communication will be the main pillar of the relationship with NGOs, Medical Community, key opinion leaders, media, community in general and consumers

      • Works with all functions within the Company and bottlers. Network building with key members of Europe OU is also required to import / export best practices and guidelines.

      • Education Requirements:

        Bachelor's degree or Higher.

        Solid experience (10+ years) in government relations, stakeholder management or public affairs and in communications

        Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

        Government Relations experience

        Media relations experience especially in environment and health

        Crisis and issue management experience especially in health sector

        Experience in working with NGOs

        Full digital and social media engagement-Proficient

        Technical knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility/Sustainability

        Polish (native), Advanced English – both speaking and writing
