      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve revenue targets
      - Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for client issues
      - Support team members in developing strategic account and growth plans
      - Maintain pipeline management and accurately forecast revenue commits
      - Engage in recruitment efforts to further build the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum undergraduate degree required
      - At least 8+ years of Quality Control and Sales experience
      - Minimum 3+ years of Sales Management experience
      - Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce.com CRM
      - Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships
      - Exceptional high-impact communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
