      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a professional Enterprise sales team to drive market share and revenue growth
      - Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy for the New York/New Jersey region
      - Create a territory plan to achieve revenue, client success, and team development goals
      - Conduct weekly forecasts and 1:1 meetings to support team members in achieving sales quotas
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and close strategic opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven sales professional with 10+ years of Enterprise/Strategic sales experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading successful sales teams, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or software sales
      - Demonstrated ability to increase revenue in a high-growth SaaS company
      - Strong analytical skills with excellent reporting and forecasting capabilities
      - Ability to travel up to 70%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with C-level executives, particularly Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs)
      - Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex contracts
      - Familiarity with Aqua's sales processes and methodologies
      - Strong ability to establish credibility and trust with customers
      - Experience in building influential relationships across various business functions
