What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the Optiv Market System, ensuring it aligns with the security landscape and governance standards
- Coordinate thought leadership initiatives to support go-to-market plans and client engagement
- Conduct research on emerging security technologies to inform investment and prioritization decisions
- Provide quarterly public-facing technology research on cybersecurity trends and solutions
- Collaborate with business units to enhance strategies based on market expertise and stakeholder feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in technology or security
- Strong background in R&D with experience in product development, marketing, and/or management
- Previous public speaking experience at large conferences or events
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Examples of original content creation relevant to cybersecurity topics
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and R&D methodologies
- Technical experience in managing and evaluating IT and Cyber Security Solutions
