- Lead the development of RGM tools and reporting to support pricing, promotions, and trade strategies.
- Guide predictive modeling and pricing analysis; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to apply insights.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics that support RGM goals, evolving them as business needs change.
- Build easy-to-use processes and templates that help teams assess pricing and promotional impact.
- Design and improve tools that deliver timely, useful insights across multiple channels.
- Create financial models to support pricing plans and scenario evaluations.
- Analyze internal and external data to understand the competitive landscape and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to clearly define problems and develop thoughtful, data-informed solutions.
- Combine structured and unstructured data to close gaps and address important business questions.
- Stay aware of market trends and translate them into meaningful insights for leadership.
- Work alongside the VP, RGM to help shape the function’s vision—including systems, structure, and team development.
- Support, mentor, and grow members of the RGM team.
- Collaborate with RGM peers across the company to share ideas and strengthen enterprise-wide practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years in Finance, Marketing, or Sales, including 8+ years in pricing, promotions, or RGM.
- Strong ability to translate data into insights and align cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with BI tools like QlikView, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience applying pricing or RGM strategies in multi-brand or multi-unit businesses.
- Background in consumer brands or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement tools.
- Experience creating use cases or user stories.

Job Description
As Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will drive the development and adoption of best practices and analytics across both retail and wholesale channels. This role is central in aligning cross-functional efforts to enable growth, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize value delivery.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to embed RGM practices across the business—bringing data-driven insights, championing pricing insights, and establishing scalable tools and processes to support decision-making. In this role, your strategic thinking and data-informed expertise will guide business decisions, improve performance visibility, and enhance market competitiveness.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
