What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement B2B sales enablement strategies aligned with healthcare segment priorities
- Collaborate with account team leadership to execute major account plans
- Guide the marketing pharmacy insights group to identify customer-driven metrics for product and service feasibility
- Ensure execution of segment strategies to maximize revenue growth
- Refine the targeted patient experience across various channels to enhance satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry, or High School/GED and at least 9 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and supporting strategic business plans
- Experience presenting to and partnering with executives at the vice president level
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales enablement within B2B healthcare
- Proficient in analytics and data interpretation
- Experience delivering presentations to large groups of 30 or more
- Background in contracting, sales, finance, or strategy in a managed care or PBM environment
