      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, coach, teach, and train a group of Human Capital Management Account Executives
      - Plan and organize sales strategies to meet market objectives
      - Report weekly on the team's sales results and adjust plans as necessary
      - Monitor sales performance and expenses to ensure alignment with monthly objectives
      - Develop and retain top talent while addressing customer complaints effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-4 years of experience in sales management
      - Experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions
      - Proven track record in managing a successful salesforce
      - Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in all aspects of the Major Account Payroll space
      - Experience working with large, complex organizations
      - Ability to assist in the selling process when needed
